Party hosts must have food on hand at all times. This helps people absorb more alcohol before it goes to their bloodstream. It is also important to offer the dinner first so that all of the guests that involve in drinking must have a full stomach.

  • Cut the Serving of Alcohol at Early Hours

Before the party ends, it is important for the party host to cut the alcohol supply early on. This is to assure that guests do not get drunk before they go behind the wheel.

  • Give Close Monitoring to Guests

It is also important for a party to have a responsible host that could pay attention to those people who drink and who do not. If someone drives home and is drinking, the host must arrange a transportation or may demand that he would stay for that night.

Taking these necessary precautions helps protect and prevent the driver from being incarcerated of DUI. Nobody wants to get on the road and make a wrong turn to a life threatening consequences.     My brother was killed by a drunk driver in 1984 in Illinois. I wish more would follow the tips in this story.
